• Tour Cost should be paid in advance at the Time of booking to confirm the services .
• 20% of the package cost to be paid as advance for confirming the package.
• The advance amount paid for reservation shall not be refunded for any case.
• Balance Amount to be paid on receipt of booking confirmation (Through E-mail or Fax)
voucher from H2K as DD/Cash or e-Payment .
• Receipt will be issued for the Total package cost against full payment.
• Guest is supposed to settle the full amount 15 days before the tour starts and shall carry the
receipt of the same through out the package.
• Bank charges / Transfer fees should be borne by the guests.
Cancellation Policy
. No refund on cancellation 10 days prior to arrival
. 50% cancellation before 10 days prior to arrival date .
. Booking will be treated as NOSHOW if the cancellation not intimated before 10 days
prior to travel date . • Special Note
• Guest Should Carry ID Proof of all the Members Traveling & Should Produce a copy of the
Same to H2K before the Date of Package.
• For A.C. Vehicle, A.C. will be switched off While Driving in the steep Hilly Areas.
• A/c rooms are NOT available at Thekkady Wayanad & Munnar, as these are high altitude places with cool climate.
• Check in/ out at resorts/hotels are 12 noon except at Houseboat check in at 12 noon and check out at 9.00 am
• OPTIONALS are not part of the package cost.
• The above is an Exclusive tour package with a dedicated chauffeur driven car and is NOT part of any Group Tour.
• All the disputes are subject to Ernakulam Jurisdiction only.
• Any Claim related to the Package must be brought to the notice of H2K within a week.
Package Does Not Include
• Any Type of Railway Fare , Air Fare, Any Type of Insurance, Personal Expenses such as Phone Bills, Laundry Bills, Room Services etc., Any Type of Entry Tickets Permit Fees, Boat / Ferry Tickets, Camera Tickets at Various Places During Sightseeing. Such Charges should be Directly Paid by the Guest.

Any Type of Enroute Meals during Transfers unless specified earlier.
Any Type of Expenses Incurred Due to Mishaps, Landslide, Strikes, And Political Unrest etc. In Such Case Extra will be charged as Per Actual.
• Any Increase in Land Package Cost that may come in to Force Prior to Departure. Anything not specifically mentioned in "Tour Cost Includes".
• Any Expenses Incurred Due to Changes in the Scheduled Other Than the Itinerary will have to Borne by the Guest Directly.
