Stress is nothing but uncomfortable state of mind. It is the state of mental or emotional strain. Ayurveda, the "Science of Life. Ayurveda believes this to be Maanas Dosha (mental disorder). There are several single herbs and compounds that give relieves in stress. According to ayurveda, human body is made of three doshas—vata, pitta and kapha, which are also present in the nature. These three doshas are in constant interaction with each other inside human body.
Package Inclusions :

• Traditional welcome with Garland & Tikka
• Accommodation in the room as per choice
• Daily breakfast, Lunch and Dinner (Ayurveda veg diet as per advise of the doctor)
• Ayurvedic Treatments as per the Package (Daily two treatment as morning/evening schedule)
• Daily yoga session for one hour by expert yoga master
• Daily Consultation With Ayurveda Doctor
• Free indoor/Outdoor facility
• All govt taxes
Package Exclusions :
• All personal expenses like Laundry,Telephone,Internet,etc
• Oral and Internal medicines used for the treatments (As per doctor advise)
• (Oral and internal medicines are advised during direct doctor consultation according to client’s body condition)
• Anything other than mentioned in the above inclusion
Above rates are calculated as per the hotels & rooms mentioned. In case room type is not mentioned, calculation is based on the base category room in the hotel
20% of the package cost to be paid as advance for confirming the package
The advance amount paid for reservation shall not be refunded for any case.
Booking will be conformed only after receiving the advance payment and on availability of hotels mentioned
In case of non availability of rooms in the specified hotels, we will inform you the same and will give you different options of hotels and rate will increase or decrease depends on the hotel selection. There will not be any change in the hotels specified without your concern
In case you are not convinced with the new options, advance paid will be refunded to you without deducting any service charge
Hotels for each category are selected as per the budget and through our feedback system. We suggest you to check reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before conforming the package
Holidays2Kerala does not have any hidden charges except your lunch, dinner (All food in houseboat is included) and personal expenses. During the journey if someone asks for extra money, you may inform us and we will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our concern.
Any extra bed/breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by guest as per the hotel policy
Gala dinner on Christmas/New year eve will be at actuals and need to be settled by guest directly
